Community Colleges Will Serve a Critical Role in the Nation’s Post-Pandemic Economic Recovery

With high school seniors making national headlines and the fall university semester in question, community colleges must assume that a growing number of graduating seniors and associate degree completers will seek opportunities to pursue their bachelor’s degree closer to home due to financial restraints and the desire to remain close to family and friends.

Community college baccalaureate (CCB) programs are uniquely positioned to provide current community college students (who may have been considering transitioning to a university) and incoming freshmen seamless access to affordable and convenient bachelor’s degree options.
